What's the Difference?
These vinyls are heavy hitters for many craft uses.
Oracal 651 is an intermediate calendared vinyl.
This means it's great for medium-term outdoor applications. This vinyl works great for signage on an exterior door or also works well for vehicle decals. This vinyl is for permanent applications and is not meant to be removable.
The adhesive is a solvent-based adhesive, it's durable against cleaning chemicals, weather and temperature changes.

Oracal 631 is an exhibition calendared vinyl.
This means it's great for short to medium-term applications. This vinyl works great for a indoor wall graphics or decor that will not be subject to the outdoors. This vinyl is removable without damage to interior or other surfaces like walls. This is a matte finish and gives it that nice finished interior look on walls.
